Is this attorney-client privileged?
Yes — data is password-protected, AES-256 encrypted at rest, hosting in Germany. DPA per GDPR Art. 28 + ISO 27001-grade measures. Attorney-client privilege under BRAO §43a is preserved when the client is informed about data processing (mandatory notice in template).
Can the client upload evidence?
Yes — up to 100 MB per response (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX). Every upload is ClamAV-scanned. Download links are signed and accessible only to firm accounts.
What if the client does not fill out?
Reminder e-mail after 48h automatically (optional). If not filled, first meeting as before — nothing lost.
Can I import data to my legal software?
CSV export is standard. Column mapping for RA-MICRO and advoware documented in help centre. Direct API sync via webhooks on Pro tier.
What does the bar association say?
German Federal Bar (BRAK) cloud guidance (updated 2022): permitted with proven EU data residency + DPA. We provide both.
