Practice FAQ

Is cloud storage of health data permissible?
Yes, with conditions: explicit patient consent (GDPR Art. 9) + EU hosting + DPA per Art. 28. We provide all three. KBV explicitly permitted cloud solutions for practices in 2023 if technical requirements are met.
How long is the anamnesis stored?
Default: until next appointment (max 90 days), then auto-delete. Adjustable per form. Practice software retention is unaffected — we are only the capture layer.
Works for seniors without smartphones?
Patient can also fill at the practice tablet (self-service at reception). UI is senior-optimised (large text, simple buttons).
Does the doctor get a PDF?
Yes — structured PDF anamnesis, looks like the paper version. Printable or e-mailed to practice software (e.g. via HL7-compatible bridge).
What about allergies and emergency data?
Mandatory fields with warning highlights in PDF. Allergies in a dedicated section, doctor sees them at a glance.
Do I need separate terms for patients?
No — we provide sample privacy notice for practices. Patient confirms consent in the form before starting. Practice T&Cs unaffected.
