Answers from the sales floor

May I request the licence digitally in advance?
Yes — checking before the test drive is a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and often required by motor insurers. Important: purpose limitation and deletion. In Questee you set a retention policy that auto-deletes licence photos after the test drive.
Can the customer upload photos of the old car?
Yes — up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB total per response. The customer shoots directly from the browser with the phone camera: front, rear, interior, odometer, damage. Every file is virus-scanned automatically.
How do I add the form to listing portals?
Every form gets a short link (questee domain or your own domain on Pro). Put it in the listing description, on your website or as a QR code on the lot. On your own site you can also embed via iframe or popup.
What if the customer abandons halfway?
Partial submissions are saved. You see how far the customer got and can follow up — e.g. when only the trade-in photos are missing. The customer can also save a draft and resume via the same link.
Does this work for multiple locations?
Yes — create one form per location or a location picker question. Notifications go to the respective branch address, evaluation stays central in one account.
Can the form capture leasing or financing interest?
