HR FAQ

How long may I store applicant data?
GDPR + German Federal Labour Court: 6 months after process end (due to AGG limitation period). Then delete or get explicit consent for longer storage (talent pool).
What are AGG-compliant questions?
Allowed: experience, qualifications, availability, salary expectation. NOT allowed: pregnancy, family planning, religion, disability (unless truly relevant), ethnicity, orientation. Template strictly follows AGG checklist.
Can I import to existing HR system?
CSV export standard. Webhook in Pro for live sync with HubSpot, Personio, Brevo. Make/Zapier integration also possible.
What about the photo on auto-deletion?
Deleted with the record (files + DB entry). Audit log documents deletion.
Do I get a mail per application?
Yes — recipient mail configurable. Optional: applicant receives auto-confirmation.
