For SaaS sales teams

Demo requests that qualify themselves

BANT questions — budget, authority, need, timeline — run before the call, not during it. Your sales team sees before every demo whether there's a deal behind it or a term paper.

45 Min of sales time saved per filtered-out non-demo

Does your sales team know this?

Demos for students and researchers

The calendar slot is booked, the deck prepared — and five minutes in it turns out: bachelor's thesis, no budget, never any planned. The hour is gone, the real lead is waiting.

BANT discovery eats the demo time

Budget, decision authority, requirement, timeline — all asked live on the call. Of 45 minutes, 20 remain for the product. Discovery and demo compete for the same slot.

Every request looks the same

The inbox says "demo please" — whether it's an enterprise with Q3 budget or an individual with no use case, nobody can tell. Prioritising becomes guesswork, and the hottest requests wait as long as the rest.

How Questee solves it

  1. 1

Set up your BANT flow in minutes

Describe your product and the AI generates the question flow: budget range, role in the company, concrete need, planned start date. Conditional logic only shows follow-ups when an answer makes them necessary.

  2. 2

Prospects answer 6 questions instead of a free-text box

One question per screen, embedded on your pricing page or as a standalone link. Serious evaluators are done in two minutes — casual browsers realise themselves a demo isn't (yet) the right fit.

  3. 3

Sales sees the profile before the call

Every request lands fully qualified in your dashboard and via webhook in your own workflow — Slack alert for enterprise budgets, self-serve email for the rest. Demo time flows only into real pipeline.

Built for lead qualification

Conditional logic

Budget follow-ups only when "budget exists" — every BANT dimension branches cleanly.

Webhooks

Every qualified request as JSON to your own tooling — routing, alerts and scoring stay yours.

Embedding

Via script or iframe straight onto pricing and product pages — no context switch to the form.

One per screen

One question per screen keeps completion high — even with six qualification questions.

AI generation in 30 seconds

Describe your product, get a BANT flow — no dev sprint for a form.

Questions from a sales-ops angle

Does a qualification form scare off serious leads?
In practice, no — genuine evaluators happily invest two minutes if the demo is tailored to their use case in return. The format matters: one-per-screen instead of a 20-field wall, and only questions you'd ask on the call anyway. The ones deterred are mostly those who'd never have bought.
Why not just use Typeform?
Typeform handles branching forms — but stores your lead data with a US provider and gets expensive fast as volume grows. If your own SaaS pitches GDPR and EU hosting to customers, a US tool in your own funnel is a credibility problem. Questee hosts in Germany and ships the Art. 28 GDPR DPA.
How do requests reach our sales workflow?
Via webhook: every completed request is sent as JSON to a URL of your choice — from there you route into Slack, your CRM or your own scoring script. There are also email notifications and a dashboard with all answers. There's deliberately no canned CRM integration — the webhook is the honest, flexible route.
Which BANT questions work in a form?
Proven: budget as a range selection rather than an open number ("under €1,000/month" to "over €10,000/month"), authority as a role selection, need as a required free text ("What problem are you solving?"), timeline as a selection ("this month" to "just researching"). Ranges lower the barrier and are plenty for routing.
Can we treat low-qualified requests differently?
Yes — with conditional logic you can show different closing screens: enterprise profiles get "We'll reach out within 24h", research profiles a link to docs and the self-serve trial. Via webhook you additionally route server-side into different processes.
Is asking for budget data GDPR-compliant?
Yes — budget ranges and company details are well justified in a B2B context via legitimate interest or pre-contractual measures. Questee hosts exclusively in Germany, transfers encrypted and provides the DPA. You link your privacy policy right in the form — cleaner than a US form tool in your records of processing.
Why not build it ourselves — it's just a form?
"Just a form" with branching logic, mobile UX, validation, spam protection, webhook delivery and GDPR-clean storage is realistically a dev sprint plus ongoing maintenance — for an internal tool that was never on the roadmap. With Questee the flow is live in an hour, and your team keeps building your actual product.
