For garden & landscaping firms

"Redo the garden" becomes an enquiry you can actually plan with

A structured enquiry form for landscaping firms: plot size, desired work, budget range and photos of the current state — before you drive out for a site visit. You only invest travel time in projects that fit your business.

~2 Std of site-visit and travel time saved per filtered-out pipe-dream enquiry

Sound familiar?

Enquiries with zero substance

"We would like our garden redesigned." 200 or 2,000 square metres? Lawn, patio, pond, slope retention? You know nothing — except that you now get to chase them on the phone.

Site visits for pipe dreams

An hour of driving, an hour walking the plot, a rough costing in the evening — and then: "Oh, we were thinking more like €3,000" for a €30,000 project. In high season those appointments cost you the time for real jobs.

Quote backlog after hours

Excavator by day, office by night: sifting enquiries, writing follow-up questions, requesting photos. By the time all the details are in, two weeks have passed — and the customer has long since signed with the competitor who quoted faster.

How Questee pre-filters your enquiries

  1. 1

Build the enquiry form for your services

With AI in 30 seconds, then tailored to your firm: type of work (new build, redesign, maintenance, paving), rough plot size, desired elements, budget range as a choice, timeframe, photos of the current state. Link on your website and Google profile — done.

  2. 2

Customers describe their garden at leisure

One question per screen, on the phone right in the garden: photos of beds, slope and patio are taken while filling it in. Choose paving and conditional logic asks about areas; choose maintenance and it asks about frequency. Draft saving included — garden dreams often ripen over a weekend.

  3. 3

You only drive out to real projects

Every enquiry arrives complete: size, wishes, budget, photos. If the budget matches the wish list, you book the site visit. If it does not, you sort it in one honest phone call — five minutes instead of two hours of driving plus a walkaround.

Built for the outdoors

Photo upload from the garden

Customers photograph the current state, problem areas and site access straight from their phone into the enquiry.

Conditional logic

New build, paving or garden maintenance — each service type walks through its own questions.

Budget-range selector

Budget bands as a tap-to-choose field — you spot pipe dreams before starting the van.

Draft saving

Start, discuss with the family, finish later — the link stays the same.

E-mail notification

New enquiries straight to your phone — you reply from site before the competition does.

GDPR made simple

Hosted in Germany, DPA included — customer data and property photos do not live in a messenger app.

Questions from landscaping

A site visit is needed anyway — so what does the form add?
The site visit stays — but it shifts from first contact to pre-contract appointment. The form sorts beforehand: does the budget match the wish list? Is the property in your service area? Is it work you actually offer? You only drive out when the answer is yes three times — and you arrive prepared, because you already know the photos and wishes.
Does the budget question not put prospects off?
Phrased as ranges ("up to €5,000", "€5,000–15,000", "over €15,000", "need an estimate first") it reads as a consulting question, not an interrogation. It helps the customer too: anyone choosing "up to €5,000" while wishing for a natural pool gets an honest steer from you early — better service than a site visit that ends in disappointment.
We live off referrals — do we even need this?
Especially then: referral customers also write "You did the Webers' garden, we want something like that" — without size, budget or photos. Instead of five follow-up questions you send them one link, and the enquiry comes back complete. Referrals stay your engine; the form just saves you the paperwork afterwards.
How is this different from a Google form?
Three things: first, conditional logic — maintenance enquiries get different questions to new builds, instead of one list for everyone. Second, photo upload and draft saving in a mobile experience customers actually enjoy completing. Third, data protection: hosted in Germany with a DPA instead of the US cloud — no side issue when property photos and addresses are involved.
Are customer photos and address data safe?
Yes — all data is encrypted in transit and stored exclusively on servers in Germany, tenant-isolated. The Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement comes included. That settles the privacy side without a lawyer and without worry.
Can we take maintenance-contract enquiries through it too?
Yes — either as its own branch in the enquiry form (conditional logic: choosing "garden maintenance" brings up frequency, area and hedge questions) or as a separate short maintenance form. Many firms use exactly this to fill their maintenance book predictably: recurring revenue with plannable rounds.
How fast is the setup — we have no IT department?
You describe what you need to the AI in one sentence ("landscaping enquiry form with size, wishes, budget and photos") — 30 seconds later the draft is there. Adjust the wording, upload your logo, copy the link: realistically you are live in under an hour, without touching anything technical.
