Is the report really insurance-compliant?
The template follows DGUV Information 206-007 (psychological strain at work) and covers the 7 dimensions. Statutory insurers accept structured PDF reports if the methodological depth is sound — for larger companies we recommend a final sign-off by a certified safety expert.
How is anonymity technically guaranteed?
We store no IP addresses, no cookies, no fingerprints. Responses land in a separate table without user context. As evaluator you only see aggregates, never individual records when fewer than 5 responses per subgroup (k-anonymity).
Do I have to involve the works council?
Yes — German Works Constitution Act §90 grants the works council co-determination on assessment design. Coordinate the survey with them before rolling out. A briefing template is in the help centre.
How often must I repeat the assessment?
No fixed deadline — the law requires "regular" review. In practice: every 1-2 years, plus after major changes (restructuring, new site, significantly grown workforce). Questee keeps past assessments so you can compare trends.
What does the tool actually cost?
Up to 250 responses/month free — covers companies up to ~100 employees with annual surveys. Pro starts at €9/month (annual) or €12/month for 10,000 responses — significantly cheaper than statutory-insurer tools (often €200-500 one-time).
What if an employee still suspects a risk?
You can add a free-text field ("What should we know that we did not ask?"). Responses arrive — anonymously — in your dashboard. You can trigger follow-up briefings per response without contacting the individual.
Can I share the report with our DPO?
Yes — aggregate PDFs contain no personal data. Share the PDF via e-mail or signed download link with external parties. Token-based access works without an account.
