Works without internet?
Limited — the form page must be loaded once (online). Then responses can be entered offline, syncing on next connection. For fully offline solutions, dedicated apps are recommended.
How many photos per measurement?
Up to 25 MB per file, 100 MB total per response. Around 30-50 smartphone photos at normal quality.
Works with tablet (iPad)?
Yes — UI adapts to tablet size. Sketch annotation works particularly well on large touch.
Webhook integration cost?
Webhooks included in Pro (€9/month). Connections to Sage, Lexware, etc. via Make/Zapier, or direct webhook URL to your system.
Can I have the customer sign?
Yes — signature question type built in. Customer signs with finger on your phone. Audit trail with timestamp + device stored.
Are data GDPR-stored?
