Can I embed the form in my existing hotel website?
Yes — via iframe embed code or as a popup button. Works with WordPress, Typo3, Wix and any other CMS. Alternatively just link the hosted form URL from your meetings page or e-mail signature.
Can I ask different questions per event type?
Yes — conditional logic is a core feature. If the planner picks "conference with overnight stay", room allotment and arrival date appear. For "day seminar" those questions stay hidden. The form stays short and drop-off stays low.
How do I learn about a new enquiry?
Instantly via e-mail notification to one or more addresses (e.g. [email protected]). You also see all enquiries in the dashboard and can export them as CSV — for your PMS or weekly overview.
Does the form replace a MICE platform?
It complements them — for your most important channel: your own website. Enquiries arriving there are commission-free and the client relationship is yours. You can keep MICE platforms for reach; direct business runs through your form.
Can planners fill the form on smartphones?
Yes — one question per screen is the default and optimised for mobile. Assistants and planners enquiring on the go complete the form comfortably on their phones.
What happens to enquirer data?
All responses are stored on servers in Germany, GDPR-compliant. You can set a retention period per form after which responses are deleted automatically. A data processing agreement (DPA per Art. 28 GDPR) is available.
