What about data protection — we are capturing children's data?
Questee hosts exclusively in Germany, transfers data encrypted and provides the Art. 28 GDPR DPA for the school authority. For minors' data, minimisation applies: capture only what care planning needs — name, class, days, emergency contact. After the care day, export the list and delete the online responses.
Our school messenger does polls — why Questee?

How do I enforce a binding deadline?
State the deadline clearly in the school email and in the form itself — and close the form on the cut-off date so no further registrations come in. Latecomers contact the office: a documented exception rather than the rule. A reminder one day before the deadline noticeably lifts the response rate.
What about families with little German or no smartphone?

Can one survey cover several days at once?
