How to integrate in SaaS app?
Three ways: 1) Web Component (3 lines, framework-agnostic), 2) iframe, 3) e-mail magic link with prefill. Plan data, tenure etc. come via URL params and land in response.
How is NPS calculated?
Standard formula: (% Promoters [9-10]) - (% Detractors [0-6]). Auto-calculation in dashboard, trend over time. CSV export for own analysis.
What on a detractor?
Webhook to your CRM (Intercom, HubSpot, Zendesk). Support can act immediately. Optional conditional logic: on NPS ≤ 6 an additional question appears.
How often can I survey?
Best practice: every 90 days per user. We help with cooldown logic (user does not see survey more than once per 90 days). Via user-id tracking.
