For physiotherapy practices

Twenty-minute slots — with the history already done

Complaint profile, history and prescription details arrive digitally before the first appointment. You start with assessment and treatment — not with questions a form could have answered.

20 Min is your treatment slot — no reason to spend half of it asking questions

The first appointment under slot pressure

History-taking against the clock

Where does it hurt, since when, what has been tried, which operations, which medication? In a twenty-minute slot, barely ten minutes remain for hands-on treatment after these mandatory questions.

Clipboard in the waiting room

The paper form gets filled in standing up five minutes before the appointment — illegible, patchy, and nobody saw the back page anyway. Then someone types it all up.

Every therapist asks again

If the patient switches therapists within the practice, the questioning starts over because the initial answers sit on paper somewhere. That looks unprofessional and costs treatment time again.

How the slot gains treatment time

  1. 1

Adapt the form to your practice

Complaint profile with pain scale, affected region, history, prescription details, contraindications — set up once, with AI support in minutes rather than hours. The link goes into your appointment confirmation.

  2. 2

Patient answers in advance — one question per screen

At home on the sofa, without clipboard rush. Scale questions for pain intensity, choice fields for regions, free text for their own account. Anyone interrupted resumes later with the same link.

  3. 3

You treat from the first minute

Before the appointment the complaint profile is there, structured: pain scale, region, course. You start with targeted follow-ups and the assessment — and everyone in the practice accesses the same initial answers.

Features for slot-based practice

Scale questions

Pain intensity 0-10, mobility, resilience — structured instead of "so-so".

Conditional logic

Knee questions only for knee complaints, fall questions only after a fall — no patient sees irrelevant fields.

File upload

Attach the prescription, referral letter or MRI report as a photo — everything is there before the appointment.

GDPR & German hosting

Health data (Art. 9 GDPR) stays on German servers, Art. 28 DPA included.

Questions from physio practice

Is this compatible with confidentiality and GDPR?
Yes — provided the vendor is properly set up. Complaint profiles and histories are health data under Art. 9 GDPR. Questee transfers encrypted, stores tenant-isolated on servers in Germany and provides the Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement. Only your practice can access the answers.
We use Doctolib for bookings — why Questee on top?
Booking tools answer "when is the patient coming" — not "what are they coming with". The structured complaint profile with pain scale, history and prescription photo is a separate step booking tools do not cover. Questee complements your scheduling: link in the confirmation email, done.
Does Questee handle health-insurance billing?
No, and we do not claim to. Billing continues through your practice software or billing centre. Questee covers the step before that: structured capture of complaint profile, history and prescription details so the appointment belongs to treatment.
Do older patients really complete this?
More often than expected — because the format helps: one question per screen, large type, no table-style forms. Those not comfortable digitally get help from relatives or use paper as before. Even if half your new patients answer in advance, you gain treatment time every week.
What belongs in a physio history form?
Core blocks: main complaint in their own words, affected body region, pain scale (rest/load), onset and course, previous treatments, operations and pre-existing conditions, medication, contraindications (e.g. osteoporosis, pregnancy, anticoagulants), prescription details plus photo upload and the therapy goal from the patient's view. Conditional logic keeps the form short regardless.
Can several therapists access the answers?
Yes — answers live centrally in your Questee workspace, not in one person's inbox. If a colleague covers the first appointment, they see the same initial answers. Nobody asks the patient about their surgical history a second time.
How is this different from the PDF history form on our website?
The PDF has to be downloaded, printed, completed, photographed and sent back — five hurdles where most people give up. A Questee link opens right on the phone, validates required fields, shows only relevant questions and delivers answers structured instead of as a crooked phone photo of a printout.
