For commercial cleaning companies

The quote enquiry form that calculates the indicative price itself

Prospects enter the property size, frequency and scope of services — the form calculates an indicative price using your rates. You only talk to enquiries that already know your prices, instead of driving rounds for price shoppers.

~4 Std less phone questioning and survey driving per week thanks to pre-qualified enquiries

Is your enquiry intake costing you rounds?

Every enquiry is a phone interview

How many square metres? How many washrooms? Weekly or daily? Routine cleaning or windows too? Twenty minutes of questioning per prospect — and half of them are never heard from again.

Site surveys for price shoppers

You drive out, walk the property, price the quote in the evening — only to learn you were the third of five providers and it was all about the lowest price. An indicative price up front would have saved the trip.

Slow quotes lose

Property managers and office leads enquire with several firms at once. By the time you have phoned together the key facts and done the sums, a competitor has long since named a figure. The contract goes not to the best, but to the fastest.

How Questee turns enquiries into contracts

  1. 1

Set up services and rates once

Created with AI in 30 seconds, then filled with your numbers: property type, square metres, frequency (daily to monthly), service modules like routine, glass or stairwell cleaning. In the calculator you store your per-square-metre and frequency rates — your costing, automated.

  2. 2

The prospect configures and sees the indicative price

One question per screen, on mobile too: enter the office area, pick the frequency, tick the extras, optionally upload photos of the property. At the end stands the monthly indicative price — the prospect knows instantly whether you are a match, and you look more transparent than any competitor.

  3. 3

You write quotes instead of questionnaires

The enquiry lands with you complete: area, frequency, services, indicative price, contact. You review it briefly, only survey serious properties and send the binding quote the same day — while the competition is still asking about square metres.

Built for commercial cleaning

Indicative-price calculator

Area × frequency × service modules = monthly indicative price, calculated live from your rates.

Conditional logic

Office, surgery or stairwell — each property type gets its own follow-up questions.

Property photos

Photos of floors, washrooms and the entrance make the site survey shorter — or unnecessary.

E-mail notification

Every enquiry hits your inbox instantly — you reply the same day, not after the next round.

Your branding (Pro)

Questions from the cleaning trade

Do I really want my prices calculated publicly?
You are not publishing a price catalogue but an indicative price for one specific configuration — and you decide how rough or precise it is. The effect: price shoppers with tiny budgets filter themselves out before costing you time, and serious prospects experience a transparency that is rare in the trade. Whoever has accepted the indicative price haggles far less over the final quote.
How accurate can an indicative price be without a survey?
Accurate enough for pre-qualification: area, frequency and scope determine the lion's share of your costing. Label it "indicative price, binding quote after survey" — that leaves room for soiling levels and special features. The point is not the decimal place but that both sides know which league they are playing in before the first appointment.
Does it work for private clients and specialist cleaning too?
Yes — conditional logic branches the form: commercial properties run through the calculator, special cases like post-construction, deep or facade cleaning flow into a structured enquiry with photos and preferred dates, without an automatic price. The calculator stays where your rates are predictable.
How does this differ from Typeform or a website contact form?
The contact form delivers "please quote" without a single detail. Typeform can ask questions, but calculation logic for per-square-metre rates and frequency multipliers is clunky there — and the data sits with a US provider. Questee ships the calculator, conditional logic and photo upload, hosted in Germany with a DPA. For enquiries from property managers that is not a detail but an award criterion.
Is my prospects' property data secure?
Yes — encrypted in transit, stored exclusively on servers in Germany, tenant-isolated. We provide the Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement. Especially with property data from medical practices or law firms, that is an argument you can actively use in sales.
I am out on properties all day — can I manage the setup?
Yes: the AI builds the skeleton in 30 seconds, then you enter your rates into the calculator and adjust the wording — one evening is realistic. After that the form runs on its own; the only maintenance is whatever changes on your side: prices and services.
Can I embed the form in my website?
Yes — either embed it directly in your website or share it as a standalone link: in your Google Business profile, your e-mail signature or in proposals to property managers ("configure your cleaning at …"). Both feed the same enquiry list in your dashboard.
