For GP & travel-medicine practices

Travel vaccination consultations that start prepared — not from scratch

Destination, travel duration, travel style and vaccination record captured online in advance — structured and confidential. The appointment is for actual advice, not data collection.

Create questionnaire

~50% shorter history-taking per travel consultation when base data arrives in advance

Recognise this from your surgery?

The destination only surfaces in the appointment

Which countries, which regions, how long, backpacking or hotel? These questions eat ten minutes of the appointment — before you can even talk about vaccines. With a full surgery, that's wasted time.

The vaccination record stays at home

"I forgot it" — and now you need a second appointment or vague memories ("tetanus was 2018, I think?"). With a pre-visit form including a photo upload of the record, everything arrives before the appointment.

Practice-staff phone calls instead of preparation

Your staff chase travel details by phone, jot them on slips and retype them later. Every follow-up call interrupts the front desk — and handwritten notes get lost in daily practice.

How it works with Questee

  1. 1

Set up your travel questionnaire once

Destination(s), travel dates, travel style, pre-existing conditions, medication, pregnancy, vaccination-record photo — AI-generated in 30 seconds and tailored to your practice. Your staff send the link with the appointment confirmation.

  2. 2

Patient completes it calmly at home

One question per screen, mobile-friendly. The vaccination record is simply photographed and uploaded. Need to find the passport mid-way? Save a draft and continue later.

  3. 3

    You advise instead of collecting

Everything is structured before the appointment: destination, duration, risk profile, vaccination status. You plan schedule and advice in advance — the appointment starts straight with your medical assessment.

Built for health data

Art. 9 GDPR is not small print here — it's architecture.

Vaccination-record upload

Patients photograph their record and upload it right in the form — no more forgotten booklets.

Conditional logic

Malaria questions only for tropical destinations, pregnancy questions only when relevant — the form stays short.

Hosted in Germany + DPA

Health data stays on German servers, with an Art. 28 GDPR data-processing agreement.

Password protection

Optional per form — only patients with the link and password from the confirmation get in.

E-mail notification

Your staff see instantly when a form arrives — no manual checking needed.

Multilingual (DE/EN)

International patients complete the same form in English — without a second questionnaire.

Frequent questions from practices

Are we even allowed to collect health data online?
Yes — health data is a special category under Art. 9 GDPR and needs a legal basis, typically patient consent plus the treatment context. Questee supports this: hosting exclusively in Germany, encrypted transfer, tenant-isolated storage and an Art. 28 GDPR DPA. You can build the consent right in as the first question.
Why not just Google Forms?
For health data Google Forms is a non-starter: US provider, no practice-grade DPA, data leaves the European legal space. With Art. 9 data you risk a genuine compliance problem — not to mention how it looks to patients. Questee hosts in Germany and ships the DPA.
Does the questionnaire replace the travel-medicine consultation?
No — and it's not meant to. The form captures the facts (destination, duration, history, vaccination status) so you can prepare the consultation. Which vaccines and prophylaxis make sense is your decision in the appointment — the form is preparation, not medicine.
What happens to the vaccination-record photo?
The upload is stored encrypted on German servers in your tenant-isolated practice area. Only your practice account has access. You can delete responses including attachments once transferred into your records — you keep control of the data.
How does the link reach the patient?
Easiest as a fixed part of your appointment confirmation e-mail. Alternatively a QR code at reception or a link on your website ("Travel consultation booked? Please complete in advance."). The form is reusable — set up once, same link for every travel patient.
Will older patients cope with it?
The form shows one question per screen, large and distraction-free — surprisingly accessible even for less tech-savvy patients. And anyone who won't complete it online still gets paper in the waiting room; the online route still relieves the majority of appointments.
Does it write data into our practice software?
No — Questee deliberately has no interface to practice-management systems or the German TI. Responses sit clearly in the Questee dashboard with e-mail notifications — your staff transfer them into the patient record from there. Webhooks are available for custom automation.
