Does this sound like your inbox?

Enquiries without a single measurement

"We would like a sideboard for the living room." How wide, how tall, which alcove? You write back, wait three days, get a blurry photo — and still no measurement.

Budget surprise in the first meeting

An hour of consultation, a sketch, material samples — then it turns out the customer was thinking flat-pack prices. The time is gone, the job never lands. Without a budget range up front you regularly consult into thin air.

Enquiries scattered across five channels

E-mail, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, a note from the neighbour — in the evening you sort out what belongs where and forget last week's enquiry. Jobs are not lost to the best workshop but to the fastest reply.

How Questee brings structure

  1. 1

Tailor the enquiry form to your work

Created by AI in 30 seconds, then customised: furniture type (built-in wardrobe, kitchen, table, repair), measurements with help text on measuring correctly, material and finish preference, budget range as a choice, preferred timeframe. Share the link on your website and Google profile.

  2. 2

    Customer measures, sketches, uploads

Step by step, one question per screen — on the phone right in front of the alcove. Photograph a hand sketch, upload room photos and inspiration pictures. Anyone starting in the evening can save a draft and continue at the weekend.

  3. 3

You plan with real key facts

The enquiry lands complete in your inbox: measurements, material, budget, images. You see immediately whether it is a €1,500 or a €15,000 project and only take first meetings that fit your workshop. You write the quote based on facts, not guesses.

Built for bespoke work

Sketch & photo upload

Hand sketches, room photos and inspiration images arrive with the enquiry — no e-mail attachment chaos.

Conditional logic

Kitchen enquiries get different questions to repairs — each furniture type has its own question path.

Draft saving

Customers can pause and resume later — measurements are rarely taken in one go.

Budget-range question

Budget as a multiple-choice field instead of an awkward question in person — you only consult on matching projects.

Your branding (Pro)

Questions from the workshop

My website contact form is surely enough — what is the difference?
A contact form is an empty text box — what you get is "Hello, we need a wardrobe, please get in touch". The Questee form guides people through the right questions: furniture type, measurements, material, budget, images. "Get in touch" becomes an enquiry you can actually price — without three rounds of follow-up e-mails.
Can customers even measure properly?
With guidance: yes, well enough for an initial quote. You can attach a help text and an example image to every measurement question ("measure the alcove width at the bottom, middle and top"). The binding survey is of course still yours — but only once the job is clearly realistic.
Does the budget question not scare customers off?
As a multiple-choice field with ranges ("up to €2,000", "€2,000–5,000", "over €5,000", "not sure yet") it feels advisory, not demanding. Anyone choosing "not sure yet" is still a genuine enquiry — you simply know the first meeting starts with price education. What really puts people off is a first meeting that ends in price disappointment.
How secure are customer data and images?
All data sits on servers in Germany, encrypted in transit, stored tenant-isolated. We provide the Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement. That puts you on solid ground — unlike enquiries with photos of people's homes in a private WhatsApp history.
I am in the workshop all day — when am I supposed to maintain this?
You do not — that is the point. The form is set up once (30 seconds with AI, maybe half an hour of fine-tuning) and then works on its own. New enquiries arrive by e-mail; you read them on your phone during a break and decide who to call back.
Can I create different forms for different services?
Yes — for example one for bespoke furniture, one for interior fit-out and a short one for repairs. Or use a single form with conditional logic that branches into the right question path after the first answer. Both work, with no form limit on the Pro plan.
Does it work on site if I capture an enquiry myself?
Yes — the form runs in the phone browser, no app needed. If someone approaches you on site, you fill in the enquiry together in two minutes, take the photos on the spot and nothing gets lost on a scrap of paper. In the evening everything sits structured in your dashboard.
