For removal companies

The moving enquiry with inventory list — calculate instead of guessing

Your customer captures room by room what needs to move — with photos from their phone. You get volume, floors and specifics in a structured way and calculate a solid quote, often without a survey visit.

~2 Std of survey and travel time saved per qualified enquiry

Recognise these enquiries?

"3 rooms, what does it cost?"

A 3-room flat can be 20 or 60 cubic metres. Without inventory, floor and carrying routes, any price given over the phone is a gamble — and on moving day there is suddenly an aquarium in the hallway.

Survey visits eat the day

Drive there, walk the flat, clipboard notes, drive back — two hours per enquiry, half of which never become jobs. Unpaid time missing from your scheduling.

Details scattered across three channels

First the email, then WhatsApp photos of the sofa, then a call about the kitchen. Whoever writes the quote pieces facts together — and is guaranteed to miss the basement storage.

How Questee shortens your quoting phase

  1. 1

    Build the inventory form once

Ask room by room: select furniture, estimate boxes, tick specifics (piano, safe, fitted kitchen). Plus floors, lift, parking permit and preferred date. With AI the draft is ready in 30 seconds — you just refine it.

  2. 2

Customer completes it — with phone photos

The link sits on your website and in your reply email. Your customer walks through the flat with their phone, answers one question per screen and photographs bulky items straight into the form. Evening break? Save the draft, continue tomorrow.

  3. 3

    You calculate with real numbers

Every enquiry arrives complete and structured: inventory, photos, floors, date — all in one place instead of three channels. You write the quote at your desk and only drive to surveys that genuinely need one.

Built for enquiries with many details

Photo upload

Bulky items, narrow stairwells, fitted kitchens — your customer photographs straight into the form instead of via WhatsApp.

Conditional logic

Lift questions only from the 2nd floor up, piano details only if "piano" is ticked — the form stays short.

Save & resume

Nobody captures a whole flat in five minutes — your customer can pause and resume later.

Mobile first

One question per screen, large buttons — made for walking through the flat with a phone.

Instant notification

New enquiry = email to you with all answers — you respond first, not your competitor.

GDPR & hosted in Germany

Addresses and home photos stay on German servers, DPA included — not in the US cloud.

Questions from day-to-day removals

Is my customers' data stored GDPR-compliantly?
Yes — Questee hosts exclusively in Germany, transfers encrypted (HTTPS) and provides the Art. 28 GDPR data-processing agreement. Addresses, home photos and dates are more sensitive than you'd think: they reveal when a flat is empty. With Questee they sit tenant-isolated on German servers instead of in a WhatsApp group.
Why not just use a lead portal for removals?
Portals sell the same enquiry to several companies — you pay per lead and compete with four others for the same customer. Your own enquiry form on your website brings exclusive enquiries from people who already found you. The data belongs to you, not the portal.
Is an online inventory list really enough for a binding quote?
For most standard moves, yes: with room-by-room inventory, photos of bulky items, floors and carrying routes you calculate far more accurately than after a phone call. For special cases (safe, grand piano, maisonette) the form instantly shows a survey is worthwhile — so you drive deliberately, not by default.
Will customers actually complete such a long list?
More often than you think — because it is in their own interest: completing it fully means a reliable quote instead of nasty surprises on moving day. One question per screen, a progress bar and draft saving lower the barrier. Conditional logic hides everything that doesn't apply — a single household sees no nursery questions.
How is this different from a printable PDF form?
The PDF comes back as a photo of a printout — if at all. An online form validates required fields, accepts photos straight from the phone and delivers answers structured instead of handwritten. You retype nothing and feed the data straight into your calculation.
Can I embed the form on my website?
Yes — via embed code directly on your site or as a link/button ("Request your move now"). On the Pro plan the form runs in your colours with your logo, looking like a natural part of your website.
Do I need IT skills for this?
No. You describe to the AI in one sentence what you need ("moving enquiry with room-by-room inventory and photo upload") and get a draft in 30 seconds. Then you adjust questions by clicking — no code, no agency.
