Board FAQ

Is the SEPA mandate legally binding?
Yes — we use the DSGV-compliant mandate text (creditor ID + mandate reference configurable). Digital signature via signature question provides audit trail (timestamp + device). Banks accept this since SEPA regulation 2014.
How does it work for minors?
Conditional logic shows guardian fields when age < 18. Both signatures (minor + parent) are captured.
Can I link to the by-laws?
Yes — link to your club website or PDF hosting at Questee. Mandatory checkbox appears before final submission.
How do I keep the member list current?
Monthly CSV export or webhook to your club software (easyverein, vereinplaner). Automatic per new member.
Cost vs club software?
Club software (easyverein etc.) from €15-50/month. Questee Pro: €9/month for the onboarding workflow. Saves cost, keeps existing system. Drawback: no integrated dues billing — stays as before.
GDPR-compliant?
Yes — German hosting, encryption at rest, DPA per GDPR Art. 28 on request. Template includes prepared privacy notice for applicants.
