Is this online booking with a calendar?
No, deliberately not. Questee structures the request — vehicle data, concern, photos, preferred window. You confirm the appointment yourself, by phone or email. You keep control of your lift utilisation and never maintain a calendar that does not match reality on the shop floor.
Why not just WhatsApp or phone?
WhatsApp messages arrive unstructured: sometimes the model is missing, sometimes the concern, and customer data sits on Meta's US servers. On the phone you scribble under pressure. The form always asks for everything — complete, legible and GDPR-clean in one place instead of scattered across chat, notes and voicemail.
Which vehicle details should I ask for?
Proven set: make, model, first registration, mileage and plate — enough to identify the vehicle and pre-check parts. Plus the concern as a choice (MOT, service, tyres, repair, other) and a free-text field with photo upload for the description. The first request needs nothing more.
Can customers attach a photo of the warning light?
Yes — file upload accepts photos straight from the phone. A picture of the warning light, the damage or the registration document often says more than three phone calls. Files sit securely with the request in your dashboard, not in your private WhatsApp.
What happens to customer data — GDPR-wise?
All data is stored encrypted on servers in Germany, tenant-isolated, with no US cloud transfer. We provide the Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement — your privacy policy is sorted in two sentences. You can delete requests once handled.
I do not have a proper website — does it still work?
Yes. Every form has its own short link you can put in your Google Business profile, your email signature or as a QR code at the service desk. A website is handy but not required.
