Is the digital report legally usable?
An inspection report has no statutory form requirement — what matters is that condition, time and parties are traceably documented. That is exactly what the form delivers: structured entries, photos with a submission timestamp, all in one place. Whether you additionally collect signatures on paper is your call — many managers combine both.
Why not just the notes app and the camera?
Because that creates exactly the chaos you know: unstructured notes, unassigned photos, and someone retyping everything into the office system. With the form the structure is fixed, every photo is attached to its item, and the report is done on submission — no rework.
What happens to tenant data — GDPR-wise?
All data and photos are hosted exclusively in Germany, transferred encrypted and stored with tenant isolation. We provide the Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement — so the processing is properly covered and you can show owners and tenants where the data lives.
Can everyone on the team use the form?
Yes — the form is a link. Every property supervisor opens it on their phone, no app install, no training. The one-per-screen flow makes it self-explanatory: one item after another until the report is complete.
Does photo upload work with poor reception in the basement?
The form saves your progress — you can fill in items without reception and complete the photo uploads once you have signal again. You only need to be online for the final submission.
How is this different from a module in my management software?
Management software modules are often expensive, training-heavy and limited to licence holders. We do not offer management-software integrations; you can export the data at any time.
Can I use the same form for move-in and move-out?
