How does the cost compare to Eventbrite?
Eventbrite charges fees per ticket sold — for a 200-euro workshop with 20 participants that quickly adds up to three figures. Questee Pro is a flat €9/month annually with no cut per registration. Only standard Stripe fees apply for payment processing.
How exactly does payment work?
Via the Stripe integration: the participant completes the form and pays in the final step by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes to your Stripe account and from there to your bank account. Registration and payment are coupled — no payment, no participant entry.
Can I offer early-bird prices or discount codes?
Yes — via the form's calculation logic: price depending on chosen date, ticket variant (standard/early bird) or group size. The final amount is calculated in the form and passed to Stripe.
What about cancellations?
Refunds are handled directly in Stripe (full or partial, per your cancellation terms). In Questee you remove the participant from the list. Link your cancellation terms in the form — making them a provable part of the registration.
Is this GDPR-compliant — for corporate clients too?
Yes. Hosted in Germany, DPA per Art. 28 GDPR on request, no US subprocessors for form data. Corporate clients registering employees for training ask exactly this — with Eventbrite and its US cloud, that becomes a sales obstacle.
Can I offer multiple dates for the same workshop?
Yes — as a choice question in the form: the participant picks their date, you filter the participant list accordingly. For series with different content, create separate forms — unlimited in Pro.
Does the participant get a confirmation?
Yes, automatically by e-mail after submission — with their answers for review. The payment receipt comes from Stripe. You can customise the confirmation text, e.g. with directions, what to bring and a contact person.
